Blue Skies has 4 separate facilities on-site all of which include accommodation, kitchen and dining areas; set apart from each other but all within easy walking distance, accommodating up to 189 people over the 4 areas. As well as options for seminars, group meetings, activities, hall hire and break out rooms, we have facilities to cater to a wide range of events.
All facilities are set within Blue Skies park-like surrounds, with 7ha of flat area allowing for numerous camp sites and powered sites.
Our grounds include a swimming pool, orienteering, fire pit, flying fox. As an extra we have a tower offering abseiling/rock climbing and other activities run by OENZ (booking required).
We can provide your group or event with full catering, or you are welcome to self-cater using our on-site kitchens.
Blue Skies is only 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Christchurch central, we have all day parking on site and turnaround areas for buses. Kaiapoi township is only 2 minutes away offering easy access to supermarkets, river walks, aquatic centre, cafes and restaurants.
