The Blackwell’s Winter Festival 2026 is scheduled for Saturday the 18th of July at 2pm-6:30pm, at the same time as the Kaiapoi Art Expo, which is held next door at the Kaiapoi Club. Building on the success of last years Winter Festival, we are planning to expand the Winter Festival this year with a larger space. This will allow for more stallholders, entertainment and musicians across the afternoon. The Winter Festival will run from 2pm-6:30pm, with a number of performing artists and activities, including live music, aerialists, face painters, stilt walkers, LED performers, kids circus workshops and pop up light displays. As per previous years, the Winter Festival will include food, craft and community stalls. The event is designed for the whole family with opportunities for adults and children to enjoy and be involved with talented artists and performers.
