Kaiapoi Club – Venue

Within the Kaiapoi Club there are two function areas which are available to host Weddings, Conferences, Birthdays or any special occasion.

These rooms are available to Members and non-Members of this Club. Catering is provided with an extensive menu selection to suit any occasion with endless options.

Full bar facilities are available in the Riverview Lounge and Riverview Restaurant with a beverage list that can be tailored to suit your needs.

Meeting Rooms Available

There are 3 rooms available to hire out for meetings.

Tea and coffee facilities are available at a cost of $1.50 per person.

The Kaiapoi Club can cater for morning teas and lunches in both rooms, just enquire at the time of booking. A whiteboard and projector is also available for use.

Meeting Room One – Seating for 30 adults ($30.00/hour for Club Members) (Downstairs)

Meeting Room Two – Seating 20 adults ($30.00/hour for Club Members) (Upstairs)

Meeting Room Three – Seating 20 adults ($30.00/hour for Club Members) (Upstairs)
