The cottage is modern & fully furnished to a high standard, it has a spacious open plan living area, two bedrooms & a bathroom. It is cleaned to a high standard & unlike many others we take the time to iron the bed sheets. Towels are also provided.
The cottage is lovely & warm – perfect for that winter getaway. There is firewood provided & the log burner can be lit for your arrival. There is air conditioning for the hot summer days.
The kitchen is fully equipped – complete with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, tub, gas hot water, toaster, kettle – all you need for a relaxing break! Tea & coffee are provided & milk on arrival. There is a BBQ outside that may be used by guests.
The lounge area has a log burner, flat screen tv (Freeview), dvd player & cd player/radio. Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is not permitted.
The main bedroom contains a queen sized bed, wardrobe, drawers & bedside cabinet. Sink into the feather pillows and enjoy a relaxing stay in the country!
The second bedroom contains a double bunk bed (double bottom, single top), single bed & bedside cabinet. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, heater & vanity.
There is an outside play area for children (slide, swings, fort, tyre swing, trampoline). A portacot, baby bath and baby toys are available on request. You can feed the very friendly chickens, watch the cattle (3 steers). There are also donkeys, goats, horses and a peacock in the neighbouring properties!
We are a great alternative to a Hotel, Motel or B&B with plenty of space inside and out! The fire will keep you toasty warm in winter, perfect after a day of skiing or snowboarding at Mount Hutt or Porters & only 5km from Oxford township.
