What is The North Course?
The North Course brings together food lovers from across the region to taste and rate the most delectable food and drink North Canterbury has to offer. From November 1st-30th, North Canterbury hospitality establishments will work with local producers to create a dish for their menus using North Canterbury products and ingredients. During the month of November you can taste and vote for a range of North Canterbury inspired dishes and go in the draw to win an epic North Canterbury luxury experience.
