The North Course brings together food lovers from across the region to taste and rate the most delectable food and drink North Canterbury has to offer. From November 1st-30th, local hospitality establishments will work with local producers to create a dish for their menus using North Canterbury ingredients. Taste and vote for a range of North Canterbury inspired dishes to go in the draw to win an epic North Canterbury luxury experience.
