Halloween Twilight Carnival will bring all the ghosties and ghouls to town, plus a whole lot of fun! A twilight carnival and all the fun of the fairground, amazing food, market stalls, lighting installations, bouncy castles, face painters and much more.
Halloween highlights will be a “Best Halloween Costume” competition for the children, and for the first time in Canterbury, a “Trick or Treat Trail” around Kaiapoi – ending at the Carnival in Norman Kirk Park, and a goodie bag for all the entrants!
