The Kaiapoi Fun Run is a 5km & 10km fun run and walk on 8 March 2026 in Canterbury.
Distances 5K – run/walk, 10K – run ONLY
The annual Kaiapoi Fun Run & Walk is being held on Sunday 8th March this year.
Starting at 9am for 10km & 5km runners & 5km Walkers.
The course is mainly off road along the Kaiapoi River.
The ever-popular event starts at the Kaiapoi Borough School Raven, Quay, Kaiapoi and follows the picturesque
Kaiapoi River through the center of Kaiapoi up to the Silverstream Village, and back again to finish at the Kaiapoi Borough School.
The 10km course takes participants upstream to Silverstream Village along the banks of the Kaiapoi River before heading back downstream to the finish line at the Kaiapoi Borough School
The 5km course is the same as 10km course however, participants turn around at the railway bridge over the Kaiapoi River halfway up the course
