Oxford Winter Lights Festival

Join us in Oxford, North Canterbury, for the Oxford Winter Lights Festival, a magical celebration of light, creativity, community and Matariki.

From 27 June to 12 July 2026, homes, businesses and community spaces throughout Oxford will come alive with illuminated displays inspired by this year’s theme, Matariki Herenga Waka – The Mooring of Canoes. Wander the streets after dark and discover a town transformed by twinkling lights, imaginative creations and the spirit of togetherness that Matariki represents.
