The OxMan

Entries can be made as teams or individuals.

The OxMan – is a half ironman triathlon/duathlon with distances of 2km swim (or 7km run)/92km bike/21km run.
The Mini OxMan – includes a 1km swim (or 2.4km run) bike 46km /run 7km.
The OxMan Multi is for multisporters taking in a 2.4km run/bike 46km/run 14.5km/kayak 10km.
The Junior Oxman – a short course race for 10 to 16-year-olds.
The OxRun and OxDash – a 21km half marathon or 7km run only.
The OxKids – for 5 to 9-year-olds a short off-road duathlon (run/bike/run).
